Consultation required
A consultation is required before Japanese straightening, perm, balayage or double process. Please text or DM your chemical history from the past few years, photos of your current hair and inspiration photos.
Perms and Japanese straightening cannot be performed on bleached, highlighted or highly damaged hair.
Book in advance
Haruka’s schedule often books four to eight weeks in advance, especially for longer services. Availability for new clients is limited, so please reserve your appointment as early as possible. Thank you for understanding.
Card on file
A credit card is required to hold your appointment and is securely stored until the service date.
Within 48 hours
Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 30% of the scheduled service fee.
Same day
Same-day cancellations or rescheduling are charged 50%.
No-shows
A no-show is charged 60% of the scheduled service fee.
Late arrival
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling. If we do not hear from you within 20 minutes, it is treated as a no-show.
